Return Policy and Guidelines:
1.Returning an item
Customers receive the goods within 14 days (courier company receipt),If the item is damaged or does not match the listing description, you can return it.If you need to return an item, select Return an item, and then choose the item you'd like to return.
2.Who pays for return shipping?
If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and wants to return an item, they need to pay return shipping costs,
Sellers pay for return, replacement or exchange shipping if there's a problem with the item. For example, if the item doesn't match the listing description, is damaged or defective or is counterfeit.
3.Replacing or exchanging an item
If an item you received is damaged or doesn't match the listing description, you can request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
Select Return an item and let the seller know you'd like a replacement or exchange. The seller will let you know if that option is available.
When items are damaged or not as described, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.
4.Getting the status of a return or refund
When you initiate a return request, the seller has up to 3 business days to respond. If they accept the return, you have 5 days to send it back.
Once the seller has received the item back from you, they have 6 business days to issue your refund. It usually takes 2 business days to receive a refund. If you paid using a credit card it may take up to 30 days, depending on your card provider.
